I have worked with Brian in the past, and I had decided to come back a second time to get myself back into shape as I did several years back - BEST decision of my life. I am two weeks in, and I am already down 5 pounds and can feel myself getting stronger; each workout I am less winded, but always tested to the limit. Brian will kick your ass, but you know at the end of each day that it is worth it.
