Take a minute...

Its Friday, you are just about done with another work week. Take a second to recognize what you have accomplished. Take note of the moments you were strong this week. Take note of the moments people surprised you in a good way. 

Take a moment to reflect on the good things in your life today and let go of the negative clutter that has been distracting you from the good you do and the good you interact with. Being negative is easy. Recognizing positive can be easy too, but we have to work at it!

Train because you can, recognize the good it does in your life, and carry the strength you have in the gym into the world to be the person you know you are.
