After 6 weeks of training in Killer B's Transformation Group, we have some numbers to go over.
The above chart documents what 6 weeks can do for one's performance. 10 to 21% increases were made. Those are very big numbers.
No matter the goal, performance is key to judging success. Thru a balance of training, nutrition, and rest we took everyone to much higher levels then previously before able to achieve.
The next phase starts Monday for these graduates. Killer B runs 3 levels of training consistently throughout the year. No matter where you are at, we have a place for to start.
