Hi, this is Brian Wright, head trainer at Killer B Combat Sports & Fitness Academy. I have over 30 years of experience training and teaching Martial Arts plus Fitness at an elite level. I have trained everything from kids and recreational adults to amateur and professional athletes at the highest levels of multiple sports. What does this mean for you? It means that after 30 plus years of working with athletes that demand peak performance, I have a proven system that guarantees results.

There is a tremendous amount of disinformation and outdated practices out there. The fitness industry has been dominated by slick ad campaigns that use professional models to pitch a look that can never be achieved by the system or product being pushed. Too many trainers are pushing mediocre methods, afraid of giving you results, because they fear results equals and end to training. The idea is to sell you on a look, give you mediocre results, make you feel that the lack of results are due to your lack of something, and to keep you coming back fighting a deliberate inadequacy engineered by a fitness industry that doesn't really care about you.

I am here to tell you that elite level results are attainable for everyone. I am here to tell you that I can get you these results efficiently, time efficient sessions that don’t waste you for the rest of the day.

Just because you are sore, tired, and sweaty doesn’t mean you are training to be elite.

If you can’t function in daily life because you are trying to recover before the next session, you are not optimizing your life, you are just beating yourself down in an unsustainable system.

If you are not getting results or developing a body type you don’t want, you need to make a change.

Riding a piece of cardio equipment for hrs will not give you lean muscle or decrease your body fat efficiently. Starving yourself will never get any positive results. Body building and its micro motions will not efficiently develop a lean healthy body.

Look at the average gym setup. They are designed to keep you on the hamster wheel, sitting on machines, and lifting micro motions in the mirror. They constantly keep you looking at yourself wondering how many more hours can you put in to get nowhere? They provide inadequate systems at a nominal price you don’t mind to pay month after month. Don’t you want more? Don’t you want to actually get somewhere worth getting too?

We do not sell sweaty and sore. We do not sell other people’s gains. We provide a system that is guaranteed to work. We provide a system that will decrease body fat, increase lean muscle, and increase the quality of your life. You won’t just feel like you are doing work, you will get results that prove the work actually works!

How do we do it? We focus on the pillars of Strength & Conditioning defined by science, not by some guy or gal with no real training or experience. We don’t make up our systems to conform to the average persons misperceptions and the inherent fears of the human condition. We focus on these motions; push, pull, squat, hinge, and twist. We use high and medium intensity, low duration movements to increase cardiovascular endurance. We cycle training so that we hit slow, medium, and quick triggers muscle every month. We monitor strength and endurance to verify progression. We eat to support the physique and results one is looking to attain.

Fitness is a commitment to a lifestyle but it is not as complicated or demanding as it is sold by too many. The key is having the discipline to show up 4 to 5 days a week for 45 min to an hour. Put in the time and do the work we put in front of you, we guarantee the results.

Stop wasting your time and money on things that will not work, will never get you the body you want, and will keep you feeling inadequate. We want you to feel amazing! We want you to know you are in great shape and to carry the confidence that success breeds into every other aspect of your life.

1. Constantly Varied

Every session is unique to the one before it, so your body doesn't plateau. Your body is adaptive. It's as simple as that. Are you repeating the same routine every time you go to the gym?

Chances are your body is on to you. It knows your old routine by heart therefore making your efforts far less effective. The Program keeps your body guessing by introducing different movements

2. Functional movements performed at high intensity

Ever picked up a heavy box off of the floor? You've already performed a dead-lift. Maybe you then lifted that box overhead to place on a high shelf? Congrats! You've also performed a strict press.

When we say functional movements, we mean movements you perform almost every day.

Our goal is to help you perform them safely, quickly, and efficiently. By performing these movements at a high intensity, you’re not only increasing your strength and stamina, but also reaping the benefits of an intense cardio workout.

You will achieve more in 5 minutes than you would 30 minutes on a treadmill


3. Short AND Effective Workouts

If you don’t have the time to spend an hour on the treadmill staring at the wall, The Program sessions are what you need. One of the main benefits of The Program is that you can be finished in a matter of minutes — literally. By the end of it, because of the aforementioned intensity and effort, you’ll have burned more calories than you would have sleepwalking through a regular workout.

One day you might do 4 rounds of kettlebell swings, box jumps, and sit-ups. The next day you might be doing as many rounds of pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as you can.

We're training you to be a machine whether the workout is 5 minutes long or 30 minutes long. Our Coaches will teach you to pace yourself so you can stay in constant movement and get the most out of each workout.

4. Community

Killer B is not just a class full of random people- We are a community. Killer B is about competing against yourself not others. At our training center, everyone has the same goals in mind: to push ourselves and get in the best shape as possible. Your coaches keep in touch with you to make sure your coming to class and monitor your progress along the way to ensure your improving. The camaraderie at our gym is part of what makes this exercise experience so unique.
